Tempcon industrial ACs are built to withstand the harsh conditions of the steel plants or port and mining regions. These crane ACs feature state-of-the-art protective gears and are 30% more energy efficient than traditional industrial ACs.
Strengthened With Epoxy Coating
Tempcon Crane ACs come protected with a special anti-corrosive coating, enabling our units to withstand high temperatures, abrasive chemicals, and gas. Your crane AC can withstand the high dust load and ammonia and sulfuric acid in coke ovens, extreme temperatures in steel melting shops and high ambient temperature and humidity in ports.
Tighter Fin Spacing For Superior Cooling Capacity
Tempcon Crane ACs allow 2.5 to 2.8 mm of fin spacing, thereby increasing the surface area and cooling capacity while also decreasing the space for dust to enter.
Enhanced Heat Rejection With Tighter Condenser Fin
Tempcon Crane ACs allow no more than 2.8 to 3.5 mm fin spacing, thereby increasing the area for heat exchange leading to better heat dissipation.
Stronger Joints With Silver Brazing
Tempcon Crane AC features silver brazing fillers to make the joints resilient against mechanical vibrations and stress. The joints remain ductile thereby reducing chances of damage.
IoT Ready and Future-Proof Crane AC
Tempcon ACs come with optional output terminals that can be used to set up IoT-based remote monitoring in the future.
Enhanced Heat Rejection With Tighter Condenser Fin
